Our Founder

Jen Divan

Jen Divan Grew up playing volleyball in the St. Louis community. She started playing competitive volleyball for Parkway Central. She earned several awards including; All Conference Team, MVP, All Tournament team, Best Leader, Best Blocker, and Best Attacker.

While at Parkway Central she started her coaching career for Parkway Lightning Volleyball Club.

She then continued her career at the University of Central Florida playing Division 1 indoor volleyball as a setter and beach volleyball.

Making her return to coaching in 2020 she took her talents to High Performance.
